Extensions for Joomla! 4.x • j2xml issue

Hello

i am trying to export my articles/ images from J3 to J4

because i have a lot of issues prevents me from upgrade

i tried to use j2xml but the plugin doesn't export more than 200 articles, and i have about 20K article

and when i click 500 article or all article option nothing happens except administrator page lag

any advice?
